what i did is downloaded the firmware for my nic. my review here Move same file to /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/drivers/net/wireless directory. But are their drivers for D-Link to work under either Fedora Core 4 or Ubuntu 5.04? kazer.org/acx-firmware-20060207.tar.bz2 dowload this file, extract it.
